Shipping times:
Local orders take 5-7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3-7 business days.
International orders vary.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Shipping cost:
Orders over $150 will have free shipping.
Orders under $150 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

How Can I return my Items? Yes, of course you can queen. For store Credit only
Credit will be delivered via email once item is returned in same condition as purchased with tag attached. (See Return Policy for additional details.)
Orders placement
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3-7 business days.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

Where customers can track their orders? A confirmation number will be sent out once order is shipped. You will be able to track your order with your confirmation number.
Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done? There isn't a way to change your order once an order has been placed.
If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done? Reach out to Customer service team at (info@invertedluxe.com) to make sure that they know only part of your order was received.
